۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 and so we have [rightly] driven them out of [their] gardens and springs, 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 Thus we let the Israelites inherit them all. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 Moses replied: "By no means. My Lord is with me. He will show me the way." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, (commanding him): "Strike the sea with your rod." Thereupon the sea split up, and then each became like the mass of a huge mount. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 But We drowned the others. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
