And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the rest [i.e. the towns of Sodom at the place of the Dead Sea (now) in Palestine].
