The Mountain (Al-Toor)
49 verses, revealed in Mecca after Prostration (Al-Sajdah) before Kingship (Al-Mulk)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
By the Mount (Sinai), 1 And the Book written 2 On fine parchment unrolled, 3 Consider the long-enduring house [of worship]! 4 and the roof uplifted 5 and the sea swarming, 6 verily your Lord's chastisement shall come to pass, 7 There is none that can ward it off. 8 On the Day when the firmament will be in dreadful commotion. 9 and the mountains quickly move. 10 Woe, then, will be on that Day to the beliers 11 who divert themselves with idle chatter: 12 on that Day they shall be ruthlessly thrust into the Fire of Hell. 13 'This is the fire that you cried lies to! 14 Is this magic, or do you not see? 15 Now enter it. Whether you behave patiently or impatiently will make no difference: you are only being repaid for what you have done. 16 [But,] verily, the God-conscious will find themselves [on that Day] in gardens and in bliss, 17 Delighted at the bestowal of their Lord; and their Lord has saved them from the fire. 18 [They will be told], "Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do." 19 Reclining on thrones, in rows; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 20 And those who believed, and their seed followed them in belief, We shall join their seed with them, and We shall not defraud them of aught of their work; every man shall be pledged for what he earned. 21 And We shall bestow on them, of fruit and meat, anything they shall desire. 22 There they will pass a goblet to one another with neither idle talk nor sin, 23 ۞ Round about them will serve, (devoted) to them, young male servants (handsome) as Pearls well-guarded. 24 And one of them turned towards the other, questioning. 25 Saying: "Aforetime, we were afraid with our families (from the punishment of Allah). 26 “So Allah did us a great favour, and saved us from the punishment of the flame.” 27 We used to pray to Him erstwhile; He is the just and merciful. 28

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
