Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them to [evil] with [constant] incitement? 83 So make no haste against them (O Muhammad). We do but number unto them a sum (of days). 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 And drive the wicked into Hell like cattle driven to water, 86 [on that Day] none will have [the benefit of] intercession unless he has [in his lifetime] entered into a bond with the Most Gracious. 87 They claim: "The Most Compassionate Lord has taken a son to Himself." 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 It is such a monstrosity that heavens might well-nigh burst forth at it, the earth might be cleaved, and the mountains fall 90 at their ascribing a son to the Most Compassionate Lord. 91 It does not become the majesty of the Compassionate God to take to Himself a son: 92 There is none in the heavens and earth except he comes to the Merciful as a worshiper. 93 He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. 94 And every one of them will come to Him on the day of resurrection alone. 95 On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, will (Allah) Most Gracious bestow love. 96 So have We made the (Qur'an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention. 97 How many generations have We destroyed before them! Do you sense even one of them, or hear a whisper from them? 98
