The human being says, "Shall I be brought to life again after I will die?" 66 Will the human not remember that We created him before when he was not a thing? 67 So by your Lord, surely, We shall gather them together, and (also) the Shayatin (devils) (with them), then We shall bring them round Hell on their knees. 68 We shall then pick out from every group the one who was most arrogant towards the Most Gracious. 69 We know best who deserves greater suffering in hell fire. 70 It is the inevitable decree of your Lord that every one of you will be taken to hell. 71 Then We shall deliver those that were godfearing; and the evildoers We shall leave there, hobbling on their knees. 72 And when Our clear verses are recited to them, the disbelievers say to the Muslims, “Which group has a better home, and a better alliance?” 73 And how many a generation (past nations) have We destroyed before them, who were better in wealth, goods and outward appearance? 74 Say: 'Whosoever is in error, let the Most Merciful prolong his life span until they see that which they were threatened, be it a punishment, or the Hour. Then shall they know whose is the worst place and who is weaker in hosts' 75 And Allah increaseth in guidance those who let themselves be guided, and the righteous works that last are excellent with thy Lord in respect of reward and excellent in respect of return. 76 Hast thou then seen the (sort of) man who rejects Our Signs, yet says: "I shall certainly be given wealth and children?" 77 Hath he perused the Unseen, or hath he made a pact with the Beneficent? 78 Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall increase his torment (in the Hell); 79 And We will inherit him [in] what he mentions, and he will come to Us alone. 80 And they have taken gods beside Allah that they might be unto them a glory. 81 No! Those "gods" will deny their worship of them and will be against them opponents [on the Day of Judgement]. 82
