See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 having no power of intercession, save those who have taken with the All-merciful covenant. 87 And they say: 'The Merciful has taken a son' 88 Assuredly ye utter a disastrous thing 89 The heavens may almost be rent thereat, and the earth cleave asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 because they ascribe a son to the Gracious One. 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 All that is in the heavens and the earth will return to the Beneficent God as His submissive servants. 93 He has counted them and calculated their number. 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 So We have made this (the Quran) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people. 97 How many generations have We destroyed before them! Do you sense even one of them, or hear a whisper from them? 98
