The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By oath of the heaven which contains the constellations. 1 And by the Day promised, 2 And by the Day witnessing and the Day witnessed, 3 (Self-)destroyed were the owners of the ditch 4 with fire abounding in fuel, 5 when they were seated over it 6 to watch what they were doing to the believers, 7 They had nothing against them, except that they believed in Allah, the All-Mighty, Worthy of all Praise! 8 to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. Allah witnesses everything. 9 Those who persecute the believing men and women without repenting will suffer the torment of hell and that of the burning fire. 10 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good, they shall have gardens beneath which rivers flow, that is the great achievement. 11 Indeed, the vengeance of your Lord is severe. 12 it is He who begins and repeats [His creation], 13 And He is the Forgiving, and the Loving. 14 Owner of the throne, the Glorious 15 Doer of whatsoever He intendeth. 16 Have you not heard about the stories of the armies 17 of Pharaoh and of Thamood? 18 The unbelievers are indeed engaged in denying it, calling it a lie, 19 But God surrounds them from all sides. 20 This is indeed the glorious Qur'an 21 (Inscribed) in a Tablet Preserved! 22
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
