The endeavors of he who believes and does good works shall not go unthanked. We write it down for him. 94 It has been ordained against every town that We ever destroyed that they shall not return (to enjoy a new lease of life) 95 until such a time as Gog and Magog are let loose [upon the world] and swarm down from every corner [of the earth,] 96 when the true promise draws near; the eyes of the unbelievers will stare (and they will say): 'Alas for us! Of this we have been heedless. We have been harmdoers' 97 Lo! ye (idolaters) and that which ye worship beside Allah are fuel of hell. Thereunto ye will come. 98 Had these [false deities] been [actual] gods, they would not have come to it, but all are eternal therein. 99 Therein wailing is their portion, and therein they hear not. 100 But those to whom We have already promised blessings will be far away from hell. 101 And will not hear its hissing, and will live for ever in the midst of what their hearts desire. 102 The great Horror [of the Day of Judgement] shall not grieve them, and the angels will welcome them, saying, "This is your Day which you have been promised." 103 On the day when We shall roll up heaven as a scroll is rolled for the writings; as We originated the first creation, so We shall bring it back again -- a promise binding on Us; so We shall do. 104 We have already written in the Psalms following the Reminder, "My righteous servants shall inherit the earth." 105 Surely in this is a Message delivered unto a people who serve. 106 We sent thee not save as a mercy for the peoples. 107 Say: "It is revealed to me that your God is only One God. Will you, then, submit to Him?" 108 Then, if they should turn their backs, say: 'I have proclaimed to you all equally, even though I know not whether near or far is that you are promised.' 109 He knows surely what you say aloud, and what you hide within your breasts. 110 And I do not know if this is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time' 111 He saith: my Lord! judge Thou with truth. And our Lord is the Compassionate Whose help is to be sought against that which ye utter. 112
