And heaven – We made it with Our Own Power and We have the Power to do so. 47 And the earth – We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs, that haply ye may remember. 49 Therefore flee unto God! I am a clear warner from Him to you. 50 And make not another an object of worship with Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 51 In the same way no Messenger came to those who lived before them without his people calling him a magician or an insane person. 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 So turn away from them, you shall not be blamed, 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 I have not created the jinns and men but to worship Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them (i.e. provision for themselves or for My creatures) nor do I ask that they should feed Me (i.e. feed themselves or My creatures). 57 For Allah is He Who gives (all) Sustenance,- Lord of Power,- Steadfast (for ever). 58 So verily unto those who do wrong there is a portion like unto the portion of their fellows; wherefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 And woe unto those who disbelieve, from (that) their day which they are promised. 60
