And kill not your children for fear of poverty. We provide for them and for you. So do not take another god apart from God, or you will be cast into Hell, reproved, ostracised. 39 (Pagans) has your Lord given you preference over Himself by granting you sons and taking the angels as His own daughters? What you say is a monstrous utterance. 40
