Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ When the heaven shall be cleft, 1 When the planets are dispersed, 2 When the seas are poured forth, 3 And when the Graves are turned upside down;- 4 then everyone will know what he has sent ahead, and what he has left behind. 5 O Man! What deceived thee as to thy generous Lord 6 Him Who created thee. Fashioned thee in due proportion, and gave thee a just bias; 7 In whatever form He willed has He assembled you. 8 No indeed; (the fact is that) you deny the Reckoning, declaring it a lie; 9 Verify there are for you guardians, 10 watching over you 11 Who know what you do. 12 Indeed, the righteous shall (live) in bliss. 13 And indeed the sinners are in hell. 14 [a fire] which they shall enter on Judgment Day, 15 and which they shall not [be able to] evade. 16 What could let you know what the Day of Recompense is! 17 Again, what will explain to thee what the Day of Judgment is? 18 It is the Day when no one shall have the power to do anything for another, and all command shall be Allah's. 19
