Al-Hummazah
The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Woe unto every slandering traducer, 1 Who hath gathered wealth (of this world) and arranged it. 2 Thinking that his wealth would make him last for ever! 3 Nay! Verily, he will be thrown into the crushing Fire. 4 And what do you know what the Crusher is? 5 The fire of Allah, that is ablaze. 6 Which leaps up over the hearts, 7 (And) vaults them over 8 in outstretched columns. 9
God the Almighty always says the truth.
