And mention thou in the Book Musa: verily he was single-hearted, and was an apostle, prophet. 51 And we called him from the right side of Mount (Sinai), and made him draw near to Us, for mystic (converse). 52 and out of Our mercy We appointed his brother Aaron, a Prophet (that he may assist him). 53 And remember Ismail in the Book; he was indeed true to his promise and was a Noble Messenger, a Prophet. 54 And he ordered his people to pray and to give charity and his Lord was pleased with him. 55 And mention Idris in the Book; surely he was a truthful man, a prophet, 56 We raised him to a high position. 57 THESE WERE some of the prophets upon whom God bestowed His blessings - [prophets] of the seed of Adam and of those whom We caused to be borne [in the ark] with Noah, and of the seed of Abraham and Israel and [all of them were] among those whom We had guided and elected; [and] whenever the messages of the Most Gracious were conveyed unto them, they would fall down [before Him,] prostrating themselves and weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ They were succeeded by a people who neglected the Prayers and pursued their lusts. They shall presently meet with their doom, 59 save him who repents, and believes, and does a righteous deed; those -- they shall enter Paradise, and they shall not be wronged anything; 60 In the gardens of Eden promised by Ar-Rahman to His creatures in the unknown (future). Verily His promise will come to pass. 61 They will not hear therein anything vain, only greetings of peace. They will receive their provision there morning and evening. 62 It is the Paradise that We will bequeath to those among Our bondmen who remain pious. 63 We come not down, save at the commandment of thy Lord. To Him belongs all that is before us, and all that is behind us, and all between that. 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them – therefore worship Him and be firm in His worship; do you know any other of the same name as His? 65
