Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

۞ (O Prophet), Did We not lay open your breast 1 and removed your burden 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 Did We not exalt thy fame? 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 surely, with every hardship there is ease. 6 So when thou art relieved, still toil 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
