Then, when the Messengers (the angels) came unto the family of Lout (Lot). 61 He said: "Ye appear to be uncommon folk." 62 They said, “In fact we have brought to you the matter which these people doubted.” 63 And we have come to you with the truth, and we are most surely truthful. 64 Therefore go forth with your followers in a part of the night and yourself follow their rear, and let not any one of you turn round, and go forth whither you are commanded. 65 And [through Our messengers] We revealed unto him this decree: "The last remnant of those [sinners] shall be wiped out in the morn." 66 The people of the town rejoicingly 67 Lut said: "These are my guests: disgrace me not: 68 but be conscious of God and disgrace me not!" 69 They said, "Have we not forbidden you from [protecting] people?" 70 He said: these are my daughters, if act ye must. 71 Verily, by thy life (O Prophet), in their wild intoxication, they wander in distraction, to and fro. 72 Then the (Awful) Cry overtook them at the sunrise. 73 And We turned the township upside down and rained upon them stones of heated clay. 74 There are certainly signs in that for those who can learn a lesson -- 75 it is still there on the highway -- 76 Lo! therein is indeed a portent for believers. 77 And the Companions of the Wood were also wrong-doers; 78 So We took vengeance on them. Both are still there on the highway, plain for all to see. 79

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
