And recite to them the news of Abraham, 69 when he asked his father and his people: "What do you worship?" 70 They said, 'We serve idols, and continue cleaving to them. 71 He asked, "Do they hear you when you call to them? 72 Or do they benefit you, or do they harm?" 73 They replied, "But we found our fathers doing the same." 74 He said: See now that which ye worship, 75 You and your fathers? 76 Lo! they are (all) an enemy unto me, save the Lord of the Worlds, 77 Who created me, and He doth guide me, 78 Who gives me food and drink, 79 And when I sicken, then He healeth me, 80 who makes me to die and then revives me, 81 "And who, I hope, will forgive me my faults on the day of Judgment. 82 My Lord, give me judgment, and join me with the righteous. 83 and appoint me a tongue of truthfulness among the others. 84 and place me amongst the inheritors of the Garden of Bliss. 85 and forgive my father for he is among those who strayed, 86 And disgrace me not on the Day when (all the creatures) will be resurrected; 87 the Day when nothing will avail, neither wealth nor offspring, 88 except him who comes before Allah with a pure heart; 89 And the Garden will be brought nigh for those who ward off (evil). 90 And the hell shall be made manifest to the erring ones, 91 It shall be said to them, 'Where is that you were serving 92 beside Allah? Can they be of any help to you, or even be of any help to themselves?" 93 So they shall be thrown down into it, they and the erring ones, 94 And the hosts of the Shaitan, all. 95 And there and then, blaming one another, they [who had grievously sinned in life] will exclaim: 96 "By Allah, we were indeed in manifest error 97 "'When we held you as equals with the Lord of the Worlds; 98 It was naught but the sinners that led us astray; 99 We have no intercessors now, 100 nor a loving friend. 101 Would that we could have a chance to live again so that we might become believers." 102 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers! 103 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 104

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
