Say (unto them, O Muhammad): I am only a warner, and there is no Allah save Allah, the One, the Absolute, 65 Lord of the heavens and earth and everything between them, the Almighty, the Most Forgiving." 66 Say: "That (this Quran) is a great news, 67 Whence ye turn away! 68 I had no knowledge of the Exalted Assembly when they argued [against the creation of man]: 69 It has not been revealed to me except that I am a clear warner." 70 Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I am about to create man from clay: 71 So when I have made him complete and breathed into him of My spirit, then fall down making obeisance to him. 72 And the angels did obeisance, all of them, 73 save Iblis; he waxed proud, and was one of the unbelievers. 74 Said Allah, “O Iblis! What prevented you from prostrating before one whom I have created with My hands*? Have you become proud or were you haughty from the beginning?” (Used as a metaphor). 75 Said Iblis, “I am better than him; You made me from fire, and You have created him from clay!” 76 "Begone! You are accursed: 77 “And indeed My curse is upon you till the Day of Judgement.” 78 But Satan said, "My Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection," 79 He said: Surely you are of the respited ones, 80 till the Appointed Day." 81 He said: Then, by Thy might, I surely will beguile them every one, 82 except for those among them who are Your chosen servants." 83 He (Allah) said: 'This is the truth, and I speak the truth: 84 [That] I will surely fill Hell with you and those of them that follow you all together." 85 Say, "I do not ask you for any recompense for this, nor am I a man of false pretentions: 86 It is nothing but a reminder unto all beings, 87 And you will surely know [the truth of] its information after a time." 88
