Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Did We not expand thy breast for thee 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 Which had broken your back? 3 And raised high your fame? 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 Verily, with every difficulty there is relief. 6 So when you finish the prayer, strive in supplication. 7 and be devoted to your Lord's service. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
