By the moon, 32 Consider the night when it departs, 33 by the brightening dawn, 34 hell is certainly the greatest calamity. 35 Warn the men. 36 to whoever among you desires to go forward, or lag behind. 37 Every soul shall be pledged for what it has earned, 38 Except those on the right side. 39 in Gardens they will question 40 About Al-Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, disbelievers, etc.), (And they will say to them): 41 “What drove you to Hell?” 42 They will reply: 'We were not among those who prayed 43 And we have not been feeding the poor. 44 And plunged into useless things with those who were obstinate, 45 and we denied the Day of Judgement 46 "Until there came to us (the death) that is certain." 47 And so, of no benefit to them could be the intercession of any that would intercede for them. 48 If such will be the Day of Judgment, what is the matter with them? Why do they run away from guidance, 49 as though they were terrified asses 50 fleeing from a lion? 51 Indeed, each one of them desires to be given unrolled scrolls. 52 No! But they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 Nay! it is surely an admonition. 54 So whoever pleases may mind it. 55 And they will not mind unless Allah please. He is worthy to be feared and worthy to forgive. 56
