The All High (Al-A'alaa)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 Who hath created, and further, given order and proportion; 2 Who determines and directs, 3 And who brings out the pasture 4 Then maketh it to stubble dusky. 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 Save that which Allah may will. Verily He knoweth the public and that which is hidden. 7 And We shall ease thy way unto the state of ease. 8 Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, 11 and suffer the heat of the great fire 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 But nay, [O men,] you prefer the life of this world, 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. 19
