The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When the great event comes to pass, 1 Then will no (soul) entertain falsehood concerning its coming. 2 Abasing (one party), exalting (the other), 3 When the earth is shaken with convulsion 4 And the mountains shall be crumbled to atoms, 5 Turned to dust, floating in the air, 6 And ye shall be sorted out into three classes. 7 So those on the Right Hand (i.e. those who will be given their Records in their right hands), Who will be those on the Right Hand? (As a respect for them, because they will enter Paradise). 8 And the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left? 9 Then the foremost, how pre-excellent, 10 Those! they shall be the brought nigh, 11 They are in Gardens of peace. 12 Many of them will be from the ancient people 13 and a lesser number from the later generations. 14 (They will be) on thrones woven with gold and precious stones, 15 reclining on them facing each other; 16 Immortal youths will serve them 17 Cups and decanters, beakers full of sparkling wine, 18 (no brows throbbing, no intoxication) 19 and with fruit of any kind that they may choose, 20 And with flesh of fowls from that which they desire. 21 And companions with big beautiful eyes 22 Like unto hidden pearls, 23 A reward for what they used to do. 24 Therein they shall hear no idle talk, no cause of sin, 25 but only the saying: 'Peace, Peace' 26 And the companions of the right hand; how happy are the companions of the right hand! 27 Among thorn-less lote-trees. 28 And acacia covered with heaps of bloom, 29 In shade long-extended, 30 and outpoured waters, 31 and fruit abounding, 32 Neither out of reach nor yet forbidden, 33 And couches raised up. 34 We have created (their Companions) of special creation. 35 Then We have made them virgins, 36 loving companions, matching in age, 37 for those on the Right, 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
