۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 And verily, that is indeed a great oath, if you but know. 76 that this indeed is a noble Qur'an, 77 In a Book well-guarded (with Allah in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 78 None may touch it, except with ablution. 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 do you make it your provision to belie it? 82 Wherefore then - when the soul cometh up to the wind-pipe 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 why are you then not able to bring them back to life if you are truthful? 87 If he is among the near 88 Then breath of life, and plenty, and a Garden of delight. 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 [he, too, will be welcomed into paradise with the words,] "Peace be unto thee [that art] of those who have attained to righteousness!" 91 If it is of those who have rejected the Truth and have gone astray, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 And burning in Hellfire 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
