The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

When earth is shaken with a mighty shaking 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 On that Day mankind shall issue in scatterings to see their deeds. 6 Whoever has done an atom's weight of good, will see it 7 And whosoever hath worked ill of an atom's weight shall behold it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
