Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
So I swear by what you see 38 And what you do not see, 39 That it is indeed the speech of an illustrious messenger. 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little is it that you believe; 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 Now if he [whom We have entrusted with it] had dared to attribute some [of his own] sayings unto Us, 44 We should certainly seize him by his right hand, 45 and then severed his life vein; 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 The Quran is certainly a reminder for the pious ones. 48 but We know that some of you will cry lies. 49 and (on the Day of Judgment) this will be a great source of regret for the unbelievers. 50 And Verily, it (this Quran) is an absolute truth with certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
