And man saith: when I am daed, Shall I be presently brought forth alive. 66 Does man not remember that before We created him he was nothing? 67 So by your Lord, surely, We shall gather them together, and (also) the Shayatin (devils) (with them), then We shall bring them round Hell on their knees. 68 We shall then pick out from every group the one who was most arrogant towards the Most Gracious. 69 Again We do certainly know best those who deserve most to be burned therein. 70 And there is not one of you but shall come to it; this is an unavoidable decree of your Lord. 71 Then, We will save those who were cautious of Us, but the harmdoers shall be left there hobbling on their knees. 72 And when Our Clear Verses are recited to them, those who disbelieve (the rich and strong among the pagans of Quraish who live a life of luxury) say to those who believe (the weak, poor companions of Prophet Muhammad SAW who have a hard life): "Which of the two groups (i.e. believers and disbelievers) is best in (point of) position and as regards station (place of council for consultation)." 73 How many a generation have We destroyed before them, who were more imposing in respect of gear and outward seeming! 74 Say: 'Whosoever is in error, let the All-merciful prolong his term for him! Till, when they see that they were threatened, whether the chastisement, or the Hour, then they shall surely know who is worse in place, and who is weaker in hosts.' 75 And Allah increases those who were guided, in guidance, and the enduring good deeds are better to your Lord for reward and better for recourse. 76 Hast thou seen him who disbelieves in Our signs and says, 'Assuredly I shall be given wealth and children'? 77 Has he, perchance, attained to a realm which is beyond the reach of a created being's perception? or has he concluded a covenant with the Most Gracious? 78 Indeed not. We shall record what he says and shall prolong the punishment for him. 79 and divest him of all that he is [now] speaking of: for [on Judgment Day] he will appear before Us in a lonely state. 80 For [such as] these have taken to worshipping deities other than God, hoping that they would be a [source of] strength for them. 81 But they shall reject their worship and turn against them. 82
