"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 And [by then] We shall have removed whatever unworthy thoughts or feelings may have been [lingering] in their breasts, [and they shall rest] as brethren, facing one another [in love] upon thrones of happiness. 47 No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I alone am the Forgiving, the Merciful One, 49 and that My punishment is a painful punishment. 50 And tell them about Abraham's guests. 51 when they came to him they greeted him with: "Peace." He said,"We feel afraid of you." 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 He said, “Do you convey to me the glad tidings upon old age reaching me? So upon what do you convey glad tidings?” (* Prophet Ibrahim said this out of surprise.) 54 They replied: 'In truth we have given you glad tidings, do not be one of those who despair' 55 He said, 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, excepting those that are astray?' 56 He said, “And what is your next task, O the sent angels?” 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 All except the household of Lut; surely we are going to deliver all of them. 59 except his wife who is doomed to be left behind." 60
