▼ 54 The Moon
Al-Qamar 3 of 3
To the People of Pharaoh, too, aforetime, came Warners (from Allah). 41 They denied Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with a seizure of one Exalted in Might and Perfect in Ability. 42 Are your disbelievers better than those, or have ye some immunity in the scriptures? 43 Or do they say, 'We are a congregation that shall be succoured?' 44 The army will be routed and put to flight. 45 Nay; the Hour of Doom is their appointed time, and the Hour shall be more calamitous and bitter. 46 Verily the culprits shall be in great error and madness. 47 On the day when they shall be dragged upon their faces into the fire; taste the touch of hell. 48 We have indeed created all things by a proper measure. 49 It takes only a single command from Us (to bring the Day of Judgment) and that can be achieved within the twinkling of an eye. 50 We did indeed destroy many like you. Is there, then, any who will heed? 51 And every thing they did is in the scriptures, 52 and everything [that man does,] be it small or great, is recorded [with God]. 53 Indeed the pious are amidst Gardens and springs. 54 Firmly established in the favour of a Mighty King. 55
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
