He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ He frowned and turned away 1 that the blind man came to him. 2 But what could tell you that per chance he might become pure (from sins)? 3 Or that he may accept advice, so the advice may benefit him. 4 Yet you pay attention 5 to a rich man, 6 And not upon you [is any blame] if he will not be purified. 7 And for him who came to you striving, 8 And hath fear, 9 you pay no heed to him. 10 Assuredly this is a reminder 11 So whoever wishes may remember it. 12 (This Quran) is also recorded in honorable books, 13 Exalted (in dignity), purified, 14 (Written) by the hands of scribes- 15 noble, pious. 16 May man be slain how ungrateful he is! 17 Of what did He create him? 18 From a sperm-drop He created him and destined for him; 19 Then eased the way for him. 20 and in the end He causes him to die and brings him to the grave; 21 Then when He pleases, He will bring him back to life. 22 Nay, but (man) has not done what He commanded him. 23 So let man just consider his food: 24 We send down abundant water, 25 and cleaved the earth, cleaving it asunder; 26 And cause the grain to grow therein 27 and grape vines and vegetables, 28 and the olive, and the palm, 29 and burgeoning enclosed gardens 30 And fruits and grass, 31 A provision for you and your cattle. 32 Then, when there comes As-Sakhkhah (the Day of Resurrection's second blowing of Trumpet), 33 on the Day when each man shall flee from his brother, 34 And from his mother and his father, 35 wife and sons, 36 Everyman, that Day, will have enough to make him careless of others. 37 Faces on that Day shall be beaming, 38 laughing and joyful, 39 And other faces, on that day, with dust upon them, 40 and veiled with darkness. 41 They will be the unbelievers, transgressors. 42
God the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: He Frowned ('Abasa). Sent down in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
