۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 So We expelled them from gardens, springs, 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 Musa said: by no means; verily with me is my Lord; He shall guide me. 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 and drowned the other party. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
