And recite in the Book the account of Moses. He was a chosen one, a Messenger, a Prophet. 51 And We called him from the right side of the Mount, and made him draw near to Us for a talk with him [Musa (Moses)]. 52 and [how,] out of Our grace, We granted unto him his brother Aaron, to be a prophet [by his side]. 53 And mention thou in the Book lsma'il; verily he was true in promise, and was apostle, prophet. 54 And he enjoined on his family prayer and almsgiving, and was one in whom his Lord was well pleased. 55 And recite in the Book the account of Idris. He was a man of truth, a Prophet; 56 And We raised him to a lofty station. 57 These are whom Allah has blessed among the Prophets from among the seed of Adam and of those whom We bore with Noah; the descendants ofAbraham, of Israel, and of those whom We have guided and chose. For when the verses of the Merciful were recited to them, they fell down prostrate, weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ But they are succeeded by a generation who neglect their devotional obligations and follow only earthly pleasures; but they will reach the wrong road and meet destruction, 59 except those who repent and believe and act righteously. Such shall enter Paradise and shall not be wronged at all. 60 Theirs shall be the Gardens of Eden, which the All Merciful has promised to His servants without their having seen them, and most surely His promise shall be fulfilled. 61 They will not hear therein anything vain, only greetings of peace. They will receive their provision there morning and evening. 62 this is the paradise which We grant as a heritage unto such of Our servants as are conscious of Us. 63 And we do not descend but by the command of your Lord; to Him belongs whatever is before us and whatever is behind us and whatever is between these, and your Lord is not forgetful. 64 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them! Worship, then, Him alone, and remain steadfast in His worship! Dost thou know any whose name is worthy to be mentioned side by side with His?" 65
