The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The Calamity! 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 [It will occur] on the Day when men will be like moths swarming in confusion, 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 But he whose deeds are lighter in the balance 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 What shall let you know what the Plunging is? 10 A Blazing Fire! 11
