The unbelievers have said, "Shall we and our fathers be brought out of the graves after we become dust? 67 Assuredly we have been promised this aforetime, we and our fathers. Naught is this but fables of the ancients. 68 “Proclaim, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “Travel in the land and see what sort of fate befell the guilty.” 69 But do not grieve over them, and neither be distressed by the false arguments which they devise [against Gods messages]. 70 Yet they say: "When will this promise come to pass? (Tell Us) if you speak the truth." 71 Say: Maybe there may have drawn near to you somewhat of that which you seek to hasten on. 72 "Verily, your Lord is full of Grace for mankind, yet most of them do not give thanks." 73 The Lord knows full well what they conceal in their hearts and what they disclose: 74 All the secrets in heavens and earth are recorded in the illustrious Book. 75 This Quran tells the Israelites most of the matters about which they had disputes among themselves. 76 And most surely it is a guidance and a mercy for the believers. 77 Indeed, your Lord will judge between them by His [wise] judgement. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Knowing. 78 Hence, place thy trust in God [alone] - for, behold, that in which thou believest is truth self-evident. 79 Surely you do not make the dead to hear, and you do not make the deaf to hear the call when they go back retreating. 80 Nor canst thou be a guide to the blind, (to prevent them) from straying: only those wilt thou get to listen who believe in Our Signs, and they will bow in Islam. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to pass against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that shall wound them, because people did not believe in Our communications. 82
