Are you more difficult to create or the heavens? He built it, 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 He brought out its water and its pastures from it, 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 As convenience for you and your cattle. 33 Then, when the Great Catastrophe comes 34 the human being will recall whatever he has done. 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds, 37 And prefers the life of this world, 38 Then surely the hell, that is the abode. 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 What concern do you have regarding its explanation? (You are not bound to tell them) 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46
