Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the snorting, panting horses, 1 Striking sparks of fire (by their hooves), 2 Then those that make raids at morn, 3 thereby raising clouds of dust, 4 Arriving thereby in the center collectively, 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 And to that fact he bears witness (by his deeds); 7 And verily in the love of wealth he is vehement, 8 ۞ Knows he not that when the contents of the graves are brought out and poured forth (all mankind is resurrected). 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
