۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 That (this) is indeed an honourable recital (the Noble Quran). 77 In a Book Hidden. 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 How can you regard this discourse with disdain? 81 and make it your daily bread [as it were] to call the truth a lie? 82 Why, then, when the soul of the dying man reaches the throat, 83 Whereas you watch at that moment! 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah, 88 Then [for him is] rest and bounty and a garden of pleasure. 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 Then: peace unto thee, for thou art of those on the right hand. 91 But, if he is of those who belied, and went astray, 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 And the roasting in Hell. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Supreme. 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
