And warnings came in truth unto the house of Pharaoh 41 They rejected each one of Our signs. So We seized them with the grip of one mighty and powerful. 42 Are you disbelievers mightier than those of the nations which We destroyed before or have you received amnesty through the ancient Scriptures? 43 Or they say, “We shall all take revenge as a group.” 44 The group will soon be routed, and will turn their backs to flee. 45 Nay, the hour is their promised time, and the hour shall be most grievous and bitter. 46 Verily, the Mujrimun (polytheists, disbelievers, sinners, criminals, etc.) are in error (in this world) and will burn (in the Hell-fire in the Hereafter). 47 On the Day when they shall be dragged into the fire on their faces, [they will be told:] "Taste now the touch of hell-fire!" 48 Verily everything! We have created it by a measure. 49 It takes only a single command from Us (to bring the Day of Judgment) and that can be achieved within the twinkling of an eye. 50 And We destroyed those like you, is there any that will remember! 51 And each and everything they have done is noted in (their) Records (of deeds). 52 And every small and great [thing] is inscribed. 53 The God-conscious will find themselves in gardens and rivers, 54 In the seat of honor with a most Powerful King. 55
