Surely warners came to the people of Pharaoh. 41 They cried lies to Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with the seizing of One mighty, omnipotent. 42 Are your people who deny the truth better than those? Or have you been given immunity in the Scriptures? 43 Or they say, “We shall all take revenge as a group.” 44 The hosts will all be routed and will turn and flee. 45 Indeed, the Hour of Doom is their appointed time, and the Last Hour will be the most severe, and the most bitter. 46 Verily, the Mujrimun (polytheists, disbelievers, sinners, criminals, etc.) are in error (in this world) and will burn (in the Hell-fire in the Hereafter). 47 There shall come a Day when they will be dragged on their faces into the Fire and will be told: “Now taste the flame of Hell.” 48 Surely We have created everything in measure. 49 And Our command is but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 We have destroyed the likes of you in the past: So is there any one who will be warned? 51 All that they do is noted in (their) Books (of Deeds): 52 And everything, small and big is written (in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz already beforehand i.e. before it befalls, or is done by its doer) (See the Quran V. 57:22). 53 Surely those who shun disobedience will dwell amidst Gardens and running streams 54 where they will be honourably seated in the presence of a King, Mighty in Power. 55
