Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
So, I call to witness what you see 38 And that which ye see not. 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We would surely have seized him by the right hand, 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 and not one of you could have defended him. 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 And verily We! We know that some among you are beliers thereof. 49 And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers. 50 yet it is a certain truth. 51 Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 52
True are the words of God the Almighty.
