The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 And what shall teach thee what is the Clatterer? 3 On that day, people will be like scattered moths 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy, 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 But as for one whose scales are light, 8 shall be engulfed by an abyss. 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
