And mention in the Book Moses; he was devoted, and he was a Messenger, a Prophet. 51 We called him from the right side of the Mount, and brought him close for communion; 52 And We bestowed upon him of Our mercy his brother Aaron, a prophet (likewise). 53 And mention in the Book (the Quran) Isma'il (Ishmael). Verily! He was true to what he promised, and he was a Messenger, (and) a Prophet. 54 He used to command his people to offer prayer and give charity, and was liked by his Lord. 55 Tell also of Idris in the Book. He was a man of truth and a prophet. 56 We granted him a high position. 57 THESE WERE some of the prophets upon whom God bestowed His blessings - [prophets] of the seed of Adam and of those whom We caused to be borne [in the ark] with Noah, and of the seed of Abraham and Israel and [all of them were] among those whom We had guided and elected; [and] whenever the messages of the Most Gracious were conveyed unto them, they would fall down [before Him,] prostrating themselves and weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ But there came after them an evil generation, who neglected prayers and followed and sensual desires, so they win meet perdition, 59 except those who repent and believe and act righteously. Such shall enter Paradise and shall not be wronged at all. 60 The gardens of perpetuity which the Beneficent Allah has promised to His servants while unseen; surely His promise shall come to pass. 61 They shall not hear therein any vain word, but they shall hear only peace; and therein they shall have their provision morning and evening. 62 That is the Garden which We will grant to those of Our servants who have been God-fearing. 63 (Gabriel said:) 'We do not descend except at the command of your Lord. To Him belongs all that is before us and all that is behind us, and all that lies between. Your Lord does not forget. 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, so worship Him, be patient in His worship. Do you know any that can be named with His Name' 65
