The people of Noah gave the lie to the Messengers. 105 When their brother Nuh (Noah) said to them: "Will you not fear Allah and obey Him? 106 "I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. 107 be, then, conscious of God, and pay heed unto me! 108 And I do not ask you any reward for it; my reward is only with the Lord of the worlds: 109 So fear Allah and obey me' 110 ۞ They said, “Shall we believe in you, whereas the abject people are with you?” 111 (Noah) said, "I have no knowledge of their deeds. 112 It is only for my Lord to take account of them. Would that you made use of your understanding! 113 I am not going to drive away any believers. 114 I am nothing but a plain warner." 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will, certainly, be stoned to death." 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 Therefor judge Thou between us, a (conclusive) judgment, and save me and those believers who are with me. 118 We saved him and those who were with him in the laden ship, 119 And drowned the rest of them. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 122
