"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 They will be told: "Enter it in peace and security." 46 And We shall have removed whatsoever of grudge may be in their breasts: brethren they; sitting upon couches facing each other. 47 No fatigue will touch them nor will they be expelled therefrom." 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I alone am the Forgiving, the Merciful One, 49 And that indeed the punishment of Mine is a painful punishment. 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 They (the angels) said: "Do not be afraid! We give you glad tidings of a boy (son) possessing much knowledge and wisdom." 53 Abraham asked, "Are you giving me the glad news of a son in my old age? What reason can you give for such glad news?" 54 They replied: 'In truth we have given you glad tidings, do not be one of those who despair' 55 He said, “Who is it that despairs from the mercy of his Lord, except those who are astray?” 56 He said, 'And what is your business, envoys?' 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 Except his wife; We ordained that she shall surely be of those who remain behind. 60
