The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Woe to the stinters who, 1 Those who when they take the measure from others, take it in full! 2 but when they measure or weigh, give less. 3 Do they not think they will be raised (to life) again 4 Unto an Awful Day, 5 The day when everyone will stand before the Lord Of The Creation. 6 No indeed; the Book of the libertines is in Sijjin; 7 And what can make you know what is sijjeen? 8 It is a comprehensively written Book (of records). 9 Woe on that Day unto the beliers 10 Who give the lie to the day of judgment. 11 Yet none gives the lie to it except the transgressor immersed in sin; 12 [and so,] whenever Our messages are conveyed to them, they but say: "Fables of ancient times!" 13 Nay, but that which they have earned is rust upon their hearts. 14 Indeed! On that Day a barrier will be set between them and their Lord, 15 Then verily they will be roasted into the Scorch. 16 whereafter they will be told: “This is what you used to give the lie to.” 17 No indeed; the book of the pious is in Illiyun; 18 And what will make you know what the highest Iliyin is? 19 a written record, 20 which those angels closest to God will bear witness to. 21 The virtuous will live in bliss, 22 On couches, gazing, 23 Thou wilt recognize in their faces the brightness of delight. 24 They are made to quaff of a pure drink that is sealed (to others). 25 The last thereof (that wine) will be the smell of musk, and for this let (all) those strive who want to strive (i.e. hasten earnestly to the obedience of Allah). 26 and whose mixture is Tasnim, 27 A spring, from (the waters) whereof drink those Nearest to Allah. 28 Behold, the wicked were wont to laugh at the believers: 29 And whenever they passed by them, used to wink one to another (in mockery); 30 And when they went back to their people turned to make fun of them; 31 and when they saw them, they said [scornfully], "These men have surely gone astray," 32 And withal, they have no call to watch over [the beliefs of] others... 33 But on this Day the Believers will laugh at the Unbelievers: 34 On high couches, gazing. 35 Are not the disbelievers paid for what they used to do? 36

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
