۞ Also We revealed unto Moses, 'Go with My servants by night; surely you will be followed.' 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 "There is a small group of people 54 who have certainly provoked our wrath. 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 We therefore got them out from the gardens and water springs. 57 and [deprived them of their erstwhile] station of honour!" 58 Thus we let the Israelites inherit them all. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 and when the two groups saw each other, Moses' companions said, "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 But We drowned the others. 66 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
