۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 Behold, it is a truly noble discourse, 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 none but the purified shall touch, 79 a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 80 Then why do you dissimulate this Revelation? 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 And ye are then looking on. 84 But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not,- 85 If you are true to your claim that there is no Day of Judgment, 86 do you not bring back his soul, if you speak truly? 87 If he is among the near 88 (There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of delights (Paradise). 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 Then the welcome will be boiling water 93 And burning in Hellfire 94 Lo! this is certain truth. 95 Therefor (O Muhammad) praise the name of thy Lord, the Tremendous. 96
God the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
