And it is He Who has created ears and eyes and hearts for you; very little is the right you acknowledge. 78 And He it is Who multiplied you in the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered. 79 He is the One who gives life and causes death and He controls the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 On the contrary they say things similar to what the ancients said. 81 They say: When we are dead and have become (mere) dust and bones, shall we then, forsooth, be raised again? 82 We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before; this is not but legends of the former peoples." 83 Say: "Unto whom belongs the earth and all that lives there on? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 84 They will say, God's.' Say: 'Will you not then remember?' 85 Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say, "[They belong] to Allah." Say, "Then will you not fear Him?" 87 Say: "Whose is the sovereignty over all things, who protects, and against whom there is no protection? {Answer) if you have knowledge." 88 They will say: "God's." Say: "Then why are you so deluded?" 89 Nay! We have brought to them the truth, and most surely they are liars. 90 God has not begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Had this been so, each god would have taken away what he had created with him, and some would have risen over the others. God is much too glorious for what they attribute (to Him)! 91 Knower of the unseen and the visible; He is exalted above all that which they associate with Him. 92
