1/2 Hizb 54

۞ Nay, I swear by the places of the stars - 75 And most surely it is a very great oath if you only knew; 76 That (this) is indeed a noble Qur'an 77 Kept in a secure Book. 78 Which none shall touch but those who are clean: 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 Then why do you dissimulate this Revelation? 81 You live by calling it a lie. 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 And you wait for the moment (of death), 84 And We are nigher unto him than ye are, but ye behold not 85 why then, if you are not revived, 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 Then, if he is one of the honoured, 88 Then breath of life, and plenty, and a Garden of delight. 89 If he is a Companion of the Right 90 Then [the angels will say], "Peace for you; [you are] from the companions of the right." 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 Then the welcome will be boiling water 93 And the roasting in Hell. 94 That indeed is the absolute truth. 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
God the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

The beginning and end of every Surah mention the Surahs sent down before and after. You can click or tap on either one to go there.
