But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 And all that ye see not 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 It is not the speech of a poet little do you believe 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 (This is) a Message sent down from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We should certainly seize him by his right hand, 45 then, We would surely have cut from him the aorta (vein) 46 None of you would be able to prevent Us from doing this to him. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 yet, behold, this [rejection] will indeed become a source of bitter regret for all who deny the truth [of God's revelation] 50 And lo! it is absolute truth. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
Almighty God's Truth.
End of Surah: Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah). Sent down in Mecca after Kingship (Al-Mulk) before The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
