The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
WOE unto every slanderer, fault-finder! 1 Who accumulated wealth and hoarded it, counting. 2 thinking that his wealth will make him live forever. 3 By no means! He shall surely be cast into the crushing torment. 4 What shall let you know what the Crusher is? 5 It is a Fire kindled by God. 6 roaring over the hearts 7 covered down upon them, 8 In extending columns. 9
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
