۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 And indeed, it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great. 76 that this is an honorable Quran 77 in a hidden Book 78 Which none shall touch but those who are clean: 79 (This Quran) is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 And make it your provision that ye should belie it? 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 We are nearer to him than you, but you do not see 85 If you are true to your claim that there is no Day of Judgment, 86 Bring it back, if you should be truthful? 87 And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah, 88 happiness [awaits him in the life to come,] and inner fulfillment, and a garden of bliss. 89 If he is of those of the right hand, 90 Then there is safety and peace (from the Punishment of Allah) for (you as you are from) those on the Right Hand. 91 And if he be of those who treat (Truth) as Falsehood, who go wrong, 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 And burning in Hell-Fire. 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
